I got the opportunity to open up a cafe, start to do everything and learn how to manage cafe, create a food menu, do food design, coffee and drink, and manage all staff by myself

2 years runnin a cafe, and got a lot of experience then moved back to Adelaide to settle my life with family.

Me and my sister start up this business together, as I am the one who investment and train my sister to bake the best cake and run the business

Very hard time to start, to let everyone know we have cake to sale in this area, we have to sale cake slide at night market for 3 years to let people know who we are, but finally we did it, our cake is the best cake in Namon, Kalasin province as we expect since start, now a day if you thinking about birthday cake, only Nadear Bakery in this area Namon.

Very good time to work with good teamwork, prepare food for 400 girl in boarding school with only 5 staff! that very hard work, but the best things I can see here is teamwork, we backup each other and helping to organize every things all the time, that make all task finish on time and perfect.

Chatthai is the first place to let me start work in hospitality, even I have no experience in anything, but they happy to train me and helping me to be better and got very good skill in cooking experience.

Cooking show at the window of restaurant, Chatthai - Thai Town. Have to cooking in front of people as the resturant have kitchen in front and the back, very good experience to work with Chat thai family.

We call family because the owner of restaurant we call "Na Tui" she look after everyone as friend, as family not just employ I work for them for 5 years, even I leave that place, every time I went back to Sydney I always support Chatthai restaurant first, even Na Tui, went back to Thailand all staff who work for her, we so happy to catch up, group up with Na Tui as much as we can.

Thank you the best team work who I work with when living in Thailand, this company we can say our boss very strick in everything, but our team very strong marketing team, we can make everything happen as they want, to dealing with private concert for hi-end customer, dealing with large database

as we have very good manager as Khun Cherrie and senior staff as Khun Ple and we are strong team, I can learn a lot of skill, and improved my attitude with very good people around me.

I always miss everyone from this company as they are the first group who gave me opportunity to do very important jobs, and listen to my idea to run a lot of project.
